Quick help
I cannot sign in or see my home
Check that you are using your registered work email. Your Bell account must be linked to a verified worker and an assigned home. A temporary connection error will keep your saved sign-in so you can try again.
Bell did not hear me
Allow microphone access, hold the gold Bell button for the whole request, then release it. Review the transcript before confirming. You can always type privately in Ask Bell.
I am not receiving reminders
Enable notifications and confirm that you are checked into the correct home. Bell Worker only sends that home's reminders while you are on shift and stops them after clock-out.
The app feels slow or stops responding
Check Wi-Fi or mobile data, then use Try again. Do not repeatedly confirm an action; Bell protects against duplicate submissions. Include the app version shown near the bottom of the screen when reporting a fault.
Contact BELLBOTS
Email info@bellbots.com for product help, TestFlight feedback, privacy requests or account-linking assistance.
For faster troubleshooting, include:
- your name and registered work email;
- the home ID, without participant details unless necessary;
- the Bell Worker version and build displayed in the app;
- the approximate time of the problem; and
- what you expected and what happened.
Incident, clinical and emergency support
Bell Worker is not an emergency service. Follow your organisation's emergency and incident procedures. In Australia, call 000 when someone needs urgent police, fire or ambulance assistance.
Bell can help capture a governed incident draft, but the responsible worker and provider must review and complete it. Bell does not submit reports directly to the NDIS Commission or Auditly.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion or a privacy concern, email info@bellbots.com with the subject “Bell privacy request”. Do not place detailed incident or clinical information in an ordinary email. We will confirm the secure next step if more information is needed.
